Subject: Golden ShowersQUESTION: I'm 37 years old and have been married 17 years. Just recently my sex drive has gone thru the roof and I'm turned on by golden showers.....question - is it harmful in any way for urine to get in side of my vagina? thanks for your help! REPLY: You could ask your doctor for confirmation, but, as far as I know, if your partner does not have a disease, it is fine. Urine is normally sterile unless the person has a communicable disease. I would stay away from any thrusting after he urinates because that could potentially force urine up into the fallopian tubes, and I don't know what the consequences of that would be. - KT . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
